Moderate usage of alcohol can be beneficial for heart disease which is 2 servings or fewer per day for men and one serving for women. 1 serving of alcohol equals 12-ounce beer, 5-ounce wine, or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof spirits. ● Essential fatty acids are the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K. 11. For example, a “fat-free” product contains less than 0.5 g of fat per serving.
