1. Global Health Care Critique Work: Students will choose and compare the (3) healthcare systems from three different countries (Nicaragua, Mexico, Philippines). The purpose of this learning activity is for students to learn about the different policies and present their critiques to the class.
The work should include information on the country policy, implementation in health care, its effectiveness of the policy, finance/cost considerations, effect on health services, application to register nurses. The presentation should be no longer than 15 slides and will be presented in class on the assigned date.
